The Colborne Architectural Group Pacific was retained as Prime Consultant for a major seismic upgrade and renovation project for this existing 2,360 m2 building for the Department of National Defence.

Functional changes are being incorporated into the work, along with mechanical and electrical upgrades, to support an engineering squadron and its related office and equipment needs. The seismic upgrade will be to post-disaster standards in accordance with the new 2005 NBCC. Exterior cladding, glazing and interior finishes will be replaced and refurbished through this project.
