The firm has undertaken several renovation projects at Eagle Ridge Hospital on behalf of the Simon Fraser Health Region. These include diagnostic and treatment facilities, patient holding areas and amenity spaces. In 2000, renovations to the Surgery suite and the Sterile Processing Department were completed to incorporate a new Orthopedics Surgery program and related support functions. The affected project area was 830 m2 at a construction cost of $290,000.

In 2001, the firm has designed renovations within the Radiology Department to accommodate a new CT Scanner suite and related patient holding area. Anticipated construction completion is December 2001 at an estimated cost of $400,000. At the same time, a separate project in the Sterile Processing Department is underway to upgrade the surgery cart washer and associated equipment. A previous renovation for a Cafeteria expansion which also modified the public servery was completed in 1995 at a cost of $290,000 (excluding equipment).
